ARM's Roll Film Line
Card
American Recycling & Manufacturing Co., Inc. (ARM) has
applied our expertise in Reverse Logistics (RevLog) and applied it to the roll film industry to develop systems that provide real
solutions to our partners.
What does ARM do?
We collect, process, and return reusable items to your vendors.
We take your vendor's reusable items from your waste stream, reducing your
disposal costs and assisting you in meeting your environmental objectives by
drastically reducing landfill usage.

We assist you in resolving your recycling issues.
We partner with you to consult on your recycling issues, additionally reducing
your waste stream costs. Examples include:
- Stub roles of film
- Printed seconds
- Cores
- Barrels
- Vertical Packaging
We design programs that return your reusable items from your customers. Our network of partners may already actively
return your components. If not, we assess these opportunities and then propose
solutions that bring you the greatest economic advantage. ARM can generally
return your reusable packaging materials to you from your customers at a 30% to
40% cost savings.
We handle the coordination to accomplish all of these things. The action team may include many different
individuals, but ARM will coordinate their efforts, minimizing your personal
effort to get the job done.
We design packaging to maximize reusability.
ARM has packaging engineers and other design professionals on staff, and has
strategic alliances with manufacturers of new materials. ARM designers and
packaging professionals can work with you to propose alternatives that maximize
your internal use and shipping packaging potential.
We open our books and share our costs. ARM
implements a business policy known as Shared SuccessTM. By
doing so we can work together to create true win-win-win relationships.
ARM has a proven team - providing solutions to your RevLog and
recycling needs.

Communication is Key!
Clear, accurate communication - or the lack there of - has been one of the
major issues we must confront to ensure our mutual success. Here is what we
intend to do to make sure we keep information flowing:
1. Create a password protected sub-site to handle our
relationship. You will receive a designation as a Roll Film Customer (RFC), Roll Film Returner
(RFR), or Roll Film Supplier (RFS)
2. Publish a page on your sub-site which delineates the elements of our
relationship.
3. Roll Film Customers - we will dedicate web-space to provide
inventory information, ordering methods, and relationship reports.
4. Roll Film Returners - we will dedicate web-space to provide
return evaluations, methods for you to request material pick-up, and
relationship reports. (Check out our Returner Support Web!
Click here to go back to the
Roll Film Returner section, read about what we propose, and follow the link to
the sub-web.)
5. Roll Film Suppliers - we will dedicate web-space to provide
our current inventory levels and other relationship reports.
Our intention is to ensure that information is available as quickly as
possible - to everyone in your organization that has an interest in making our
relationship successful. Information does not get lost in transfer, or end
up terminally on one person's desk. If the information is available it is
posted so everyone in your organization who has the password can see the
facts.
