Through the CLOSED LOOP_TM Component Return System, ARM and its business partners reuse packaging and product components to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and contribute to a sustainable environment. The CLOSED LOOP_TM System is a custom-designed reverse logistics system that is managed by ARM to meet each of its business partners' needs. The system offers: 

Returnable Packaging and Product Components - Packaging or product components are reused, in order to save money and protect the environment. Packaging and products are redesigned so they become more cost-effective to reuse.

Customized CLOSED LOOP_™

Customer Loop.  Packaging for the business partner’s product or product components is recovered by ARM at the sites of its customers (or distributors) at no cost to the customer, or returned directly by the customer to ARM.  ARM's business partner then saves money by reusing these materials, rather than paying for new components. 

Supplier Loop.  Packaging or product components are sold back to the business partner's suppliers or other firms for reuse. The business partner realizes profits from resale of these materials, which it formerly paid to dispose of. 

Full Loop.  Packaging or product components are recovered by ARM picking them up both at the business partner's manufacturing site, and the site of its customers or distributors, and distributed as needed to suppliers and the business partner.  To the extent feasible, packaging or other product components are designed so both the business partner and its supplier can use them.
